After you send us an email, our team goes through all the information and gets back to you in 1-2 business days. Later on, our Client Partner will schedule a meeting with you to learn more about the project and deliverables.

Meeting with the team

We schedule meetings with various stakeholders to learn about the things you want to achieve. Our consultants take part in them to create a plan and proposal for you. At this stage we make sure we can help you get what you're looking for.

RFP (Request for proposal)

After all meetings we can create a proposal for you in which we outline all the deliverables, the team structure, rate card and things that can be improved. You get acquainted with the way we work and the things you can expect once we start working on the project.

Start work

Once all documents are signed and the legal team confirms that everything has been taken care of the teams can start working on the project. Our talent management team takes care of finding the best experts for you and we work closely with consultants to make sure you get value from day one.

Meetings & improvements

Along the project we schedule regular meetings with Client Experience team. You work with a dedicated manager who is there to make sure you get the service you were looking for. Whenever there is something to improve they will take care of that.

Throughout the project we will meet to evaluate the progress. If everything is going well and you're happy then we'll keep on moving. If the project isn't going according to plan we'll add resources  to speed up the work.

A project is never finished. After the development is done we come up with a maintenance proposal where we make sure the system works as it's intended. On top of that during the maintenance we look for improvements to future proof your organization.
